A family business, built on trust.
Perway Construction Services is run by Andrew (Andy) and Louise Kearns, who together have over 25 years' experience in the construction industry. Andy is one of Perth's only Passive House Trade Certified Builders, and the team specialises in two things: high quality home renovations, and energy efficient Eco Pods and granny flats for Perth and the northern suburbs.
Every project is priced transparently through the PAC Process before work begins, so there are no surprises and no cost blowouts.
